Privacy Policy

NUMUS Concerts Inc. aims to comply with Canadian Privacy Legislation, by stating how personal information supplied by its members and mailing list contacts is used, and by given them the option of having certain information withheld.

1. NUMUS’ membership and mailing list, which includes names, addresses, telephone numbers and email addresses, is restricted to the Board of Directors and NUMUS staff. Its contents will not be divulged to third parties.

2. NUMUS’ printed programmes, issued to audience members at performances, contain only the names of cast and crew, members and donors.

3. NUMUS’ publicly circulated newsletter may contain the names of certain members. This information may also appear on the NUMUS website.

4. NUMUS may use the mailing list for fundraising purposes for its own events.

A member may decline, by written request, to have specified personal information included as part of any of the foregoing lists, however it should be understood that the membership list is essential for effective communication within the group and that a member may not receive timely advice if certain information is deleted.
