This concert will feature legendary British percussionist, Eddie Prévost, performing in a world premiere collaboration with the Canadian free improvisation ensemble CCMC. A longtime member of the pioneering British improvisation ensemble AMM, Prévost has performed and/or recorded with a veritable who’s who of European free improvisation including such musical luminaries as Evan Parker and Derek Bailey.

One of Canada’s oldest and most accomplished free improvisation ensembles, CCMC includes acclaimed visual artist, filmmaker, and pianist, Michael Snow; saxophonist and “plunderphonics” guru John Oswald; and the extraordinary sound singer/poet Paul Dutton.

Don’t miss this historic collaboration!
